Security & privacy

Your data, your call.

Your catalogue is private to your account. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service, never sell it, and never use it to train models.

Defaults

Private by default. Public by deliberate choice.

Nothing is public unless you publish it

Watches, photographs, documents, prices, serials — all start private. Sharing requires explicit opt-in per field.

Photos protect your privacy

Embedded location and device metadata is removed before photos are stored. What you upload is what others see.

Per-device session control

Every login is a named session, listed in your settings, revocable individually. Lose a phone — kill the session, the rest stay live.

What we collect

Only what we need to operate the service.

We collect the data you put in (account email, watches, photographs, documents) and the minimum operational metadata needed to run a web service: IP address on login for session security, user-agent, timestamps. That's it.

We do not run third-party advertising, behavioral tracking pixels, or session-replay tools on the application. The marketing pages may, in the future, include a privacy-preserving analytics tool to count page views — when that lands, it will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Found a security issue?

We take security reports seriously. If you've found a vulnerability, please email [email protected] with details and a way to reproduce. We'll acknowledge within two business days and work with you on a fix and disclosure timeline.

Please do not file public issues, run automated scanners against the production host, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

Read the policy in full.

The Privacy Policy is the source of truth for what we collect and why.
